No último dia 24 de agosto aconteceu no Brasil inteiro o evento conhecido como Mc Dia Feliz, promovido pelo McDonald’s. Em Campos, o Boulevard Shopping procurou a NBR para que a ONG pudesse levar crianças de alguns territórios campistas para que pudessem fazer proveito desse dia.

Vidas da Tamarindo e da Linha do Rio, as crianças se divertiram durante boa parte do dia com as recracoes do Boulevard Shopping e depois foram ao McDonald’s para retirar o seu lanche que todos tiveram um vouches para comer.

No dia 18/07 foi gravado com a Dona Lucélia, o Sabores da Quebrada, a moradora da favela do Oriente é uma cozinheira de mão cheia. 

O Sabores da Quebrada é um dos quadros que faz parte do projeto de podcast do programa PAPO RETO, onde entre diversos quadros onde o objetivo é mostrar como nas favelas estão escondidos vários talentos onde estes não têm o devido valor por causa das dificuldades enfrentadas diariamente.

Durante a gravação a dona Lucélia contou um pouco de sua história de vida e como aprendeu a cozinhar e como foi que esse talento ficou tão aflorado em sua vida, segundo ela, desde nova foi incentivada pela mãe a aprender e que a prática acaba a ajudando. A mesma conta que o sonho é trabalhar fazendo o que ama, abrir um restaurante é seu principal objetivo. Quando perguntada se as pessoas da favela aprovam os seus pratos, ela diz que a torta salgada é o que o pessoal mais gosta e realmente vimos isso quando a torta feita na gravação ficou pronta.

Ela disse que estava muito satisfeita com a oportunidade de mostrar sua receita e vamos deixá-la aqui para vocês:

 

Ingredientes:

6 pães de forma

4 cremes de leite

200g de ameixa

200g de presunto

200g de queijo mussarela

1 peito de frango ralado (temperado a gosto)

Maionese caseira

1 copo de requeijão

 

Modo de preparar:

1 xícara de água com 200g de ameixa e meia caneca de açúcar, deixe ferver. 

Depois de fervido, deixar esfriar um pouco e bater no liquidificador até fazer um creme.

Misturar o peito de frango desfiado com o requeijão, creme de leite e o queijo mussarela já ralado e bater no liquidificador.

O presunto vai junto com o creme de leite para o liquidificador para ser feito o patê de presunto.

A maionese caseira é feita com alho, cebola, orégano, creme de leite e óleo, tudo é batido no liquidificador até ficar cremoso, na textura de maionese.

Para a preparação da torta é uma camada de pão com creme de ameixa, outra camada com pão com patê de presunto e outra camada com frango.

Depois a torta é envolta com maionese caseira.

Para a decoração da torta, Lucélia usa um tomate e meia cenoura ralada.

No dia 31/07, aconteceu a última aula de mobgrafia do projeto Papo Reto com o professor João Félix.

A aula começou com o João explicando como seria o dia e como aconteceria a última dinâmica proposta pelo professor.

O desafio que os alunos deveriam cumprir era a aplicação de algumas das técnicas ensinadas nas últimas aulas e apresentá-las para o restante da turma, explicando como foi a execução e edição da fotografia e como foi a experiência de utilizar as técnicas e se as aulas ajudaram nessa última provocação.

Os alunos deveriam sair da sala e ir para o pátio do João Barcelos Martins e fazer a execução dessas técnicas pelo local. Foi dado um tempo de 30 minutos para os alunos tirarem e escolherem 5 fotos.

Após isso tudo, todos voltaram para a sala e enviaram as fotos escolhidas para o e-mail definido no começo da aula.

Assim o professor apresentou todas as fotos enviadas e os alunos mostraram grande satisfação em conseguir aplicar as técnicas que foram ensinadas durante todo o projeto.
